6 Colors You Need in Your Wardrobe for 2018

There’s no better way to ring in the new year than by refreshing your closet with 2018’s hottest colors. Read on for the colors we noticed most from the Spring NYFW, and how we’re incorporating them into our wardrobes.

Bright Primaries
A new spin on classic colors, these hues take the primaries and set them to maximum brightness.

Ultra Violet
Named color of the year, this vivid-yet-not-quite purple hue packs some serious power. Try it out with accessories, footwear, dresses or even makeup.

Meadowlark
A bright yellow may seem a bit intimidating, but once you see yourself in it, you’ll swoon. From accessories to statement pieces, this color is an Insta-sensation.

Cherry Tomato
Bright, bold and beckoning us to warmer days – this color is the perfect shade of bright red. Perfect for everything from heels and lipstick (and everything in between), we’re loving this color.

Bright Pastels
Bright Pastels may seem like an oxymoron, but these shades walk the line of being soft and bold, and do it with style.

Blooming Dahlia
I don’t know about you, but we’re thinking this is the perfect color for our spring jackets, dresses, and literally whatever else we can find it in. Sweet, yet dusky, this color is one of our faves.

Classics
There’s not much you can do to the classics, but the tones designers choose each year seem to set the tone for the year.

Sailor Blue
This year’s rendition of navy takes inspiration from the actual Navy. Slight undertones give Sailor Blue a nautical edge that’s perfect for blazers, coats and all your basics.

Warm Sand
In the past we’ve seen camel, oatmeal and khaki – but Warm Sand is a bit softer, and a bit more warm. Almost closer to a cream than a tan, this is the go-to color for warm neutrals.
